Electrical Engineering Supervisor

Summary:

Plans, organizes, and supervises controls engineer and electrical designer activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a wide range of functional areas.
• Assist in forecasting and scheduling of projects and manpower.
• Collaborate w/ Project Managers to plan and schedule controls portion of project assignments.
• Responsible for providing employee leadership, training development, performance reviews, hiring, counseling and/or termination of employment of direct reports.
• Responsible for project budget compliance and schedule adherence.

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering
