Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in the search for a Software Engineer to join their team in the Fort Wayne, IN area. This successful resource will be responsible for gathering requirements and developing specs to meet business objectives.

- Collaborate with stakeholders and users to provide insights and expertise on applications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Support technical and functional implementations
- Develop, optimize, and debug both new and existing applications for enhanced performance.
- Work with end users to solve business and technology problems
- Evaluate and improve business processes and workflows to drive efficiency and innovation
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of development experience
- Experience with multiple operating systems, databases, and programming languages
- Experience with C#, .Net, and SQL
- Exposure to waterfall and agile
- Strong problem-solving abilities
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree
